Who provides the financing?

Affirm and Klarna. They are independent companies: they check eligibility, set your rate and terms, and collect your payments. Home Suite Direct does not lend money or decide approvals.

Is 0% APR available on every order?

No. 0% APR is offered to customers who qualify, and it can depend on the provider, the purchase amount and the term you choose. The rate offered to you is shown at checkout before you accept.

Will applying affect my credit score?

Each provider explains its own credit check when you apply. Please read the provider’s terms on the payment step before you continue.

Do I need a down payment?

Sometimes. Depending on the purchase and your approval, the provider may ask for part of the amount up front. You will see this before you accept.

Can I use it for a kitchen package?

Yes. The plan applies to your order total at checkout, whether that is one appliance or a whole package, within the provider’s own limits.

What happens if I return my order?

Returns follow our returns and refunds policy. An approved refund goes back through the provider, which then adjusts or closes your plan.
