Welcome to Home Suite Direct at homesuitedirect.com, operated by Reazul Karim under the storefront name Home Suite Direct. These terms describe use of our website and the process for purchasing products from us. The Shipping and Delivery Policy and Refund and Return Policy published on this website form part of these terms. Our Refund and Return Policy, Shipping and Delivery Policy, and Privacy Policy are also available through the website and should be read with these terms. These terms do not limit rights that consumer protection law gives you.
1. Using the website
You may browse the site and place orders for lawful personal or business purposes. Please provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information so we can process your order and communicate about it. Do not use the site to interfere with its operation, access accounts without authorization, or submit unlawful or misleading content.
We may update the website and these terms. The version presented when you place an order governs that order, subject to applicable law. A later version does not retroactively change an accepted purchase.
2. Product information and fit
We work to describe each appliance accurately, including the brand, model, included components, price, options, and available manufacturer information. Product photographs and concept interiors can appear different on your screen; check the product listing and the exact model's documents for what is included. A kitchen lifestyle image is not a promise that every pictured appliance or accessory is sold together.
Before buying, review the exact model's dimensions, installation requirements, connections, clearances, and delivery path. We are happy to receive questions, but a project inquiry or informal suggestion does not replace the manufacturer's current installation guide or a qualified installer's assessment. If a listing appears inconsistent, contact us before ordering.
3. Prices, currencies, taxes, and payment
The price, currency, applicable tax, selected delivery charge, and total payable for your order will be presented before you submit it. Prices and availability may change for future orders. We will not charge a different price to an accepted order without your agreement. If we identify an apparent pricing, description, or availability error, we will contact you and explain the options; any cancellation and refund will follow applicable law.
US orders are priced and charged in USD; Canadian orders are priced and charged in CAD. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Any financing offer is governed by the provider's displayed eligibility, disclosures, and agreement. We do not promise approval. Cross-border duties or brokerage charges, if applicable, are disclosed as described in the Shipping and Delivery Policy and before purchase.
4. Placing an order
You can review and correct your cart, selected options, address, and charges before submitting an order. Afterward, we will provide an order confirmation with the transaction details and any information required by law. Keep a copy. We may contact you if we need to verify details or resolve an availability, delivery, or payment problem. We will not substitute another model, change a material feature, or increase the total without your consent.
A kitchen-planning form, trade inquiry, or request for a quote is not an order, product reservation, or agreement on price. A formal quote is binding only to the extent stated in that quote and subject to applicable law. Business-to-business arrangements may have a separate written agreement; the existence of a trade inquiry form does not grant dealer terms.
5. Delivery, cancellations, and returns
Available destinations, service levels, charges, and delivery timing are described in the Shipping and Delivery Policy and your order information. Change-of-mind returns, cancellations, damaged goods, and refund methods are explained in the Refund and Return Policy. If either policy conflicts with a non-waivable consumer right or a mandatory term in your order, the applicable law and valid order term prevail.
6. Warranties and statutory rights
Manufacturer warranties, if any, are governed by the documents for the specific product. Home Suite Direct does not replace those documents with a general promise about duration or coverage. Legal warranties and remedies under applicable law are additional and are not excluded by these terms.
For qualifying consumer purchases in Québec made on or after October 5, 2026, the statutory guarantee of good working order applies to certain new appliances. It lasts six years for ranges, refrigerators, and freezers, and five years for dishwashers, starting on delivery, subject to the law's scope and conditions. It provides for repair of covered malfunctions without charging the consumer for covered parts, labour, or reasonable transportation. A consumer may approach the merchant or the manufacturer. Other Québec legal warranties remain available. The applicable period must also be clearly displayed near the advertised price of each covered item.
Information about the availability of replacement parts, repair services, and maintenance or repair information for products sold in Québec must be disclosed as required by Québec law for each applicable product. A general statement in these terms does not replace required product-specific disclosure.
7. Site content and third-party links
The Home Suite Direct name, website design, text, and original materials belong to us or their respective owners and may not be copied or used commercially without permission, except as allowed by law. Manufacturer names, product imagery, specifications, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Third-party sites and manufacturer documents have their own terms; links are provided for product information and convenience.
8. Liability
We are responsible for our obligations under the sale contract and applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by misuse, unauthorized alteration, or installation contrary to the manufacturer's instructions. Nothing here excludes or restricts liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including consumer protection rights, legal warranties, or rights relating to a product that was not delivered as agreed.
9. Privacy and communications
We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy at homesuitedirect.com/policies/privacy-policy. Order and service messages are part of operating your purchase. Marketing emails require the appropriate consent and include an unsubscribe method where required. We do not treat an order inquiry as consent to marketing.
10. Applicable law and disputes
Applicable consumer protection rules in your province, territory, state, or country continue to apply regardless of where our business is located. These terms do not force a consumer to give up a court or regulator remedy available by law. If you have a problem, contact us first so we can try to resolve it: info@homesuitedirect.com. You may also use any consumer complaint or legal process available to you.
